Julia Easterlin is a live looping artist and composer whose vocal-oriented sound has been described as haunting, seductive and powerful.
Easterlin has performed at Lollapalooza, CMJ Music Marathon in New York, and in Cuba with the Berklee Interarts Ensemble. In 2007 Julia was awarded a full scholarship to attend Berklee College of Music. She had two tracks featured on Berklee’s label, Heavy Rotation Records (HRR), and will also be featured on HRR’s upcoming project, "Under the Influence," where she will put her unique stamp on classic songs by Radiohead and The Pixies.
Her compositions have placed her as a runner-up in the illustrious New York Songwriter’s Circle - which awarded her $5000, studio time, and opportunities on TV and radio.
